Board of Directors

David Lloyd

Chartered Accountant, Covestco-Seteura

David is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant. In his current role he has advised a single family office with worldwide operations, principally in connection with international taxation and private equity matters for the last twelve years. The role encompasses overseeing fund investments, including establishing wholly-owned private equity participations. David has also served on the board of US and European private equity co-investments. Prior to this, David practiced on his own account, specializing in taxation and corporate finance. David has also spent four years working in commerce for US listed corporations with multinational businesses. David resides in London with his wife and three daughters.

Pete McCormick

Partner, Maveron LLC

At Maveron, Pete guides the structuring of both portfolio investments and exits, assists portfolio companies on special projects and manages relationship and communications with the company's limited partners. Prior to Maveron and during his legal career, Pete was a partner and director of the Seattle law firm Graham & Dunn, and, in 1998, he received the Professionalism Award from the Washington State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. Pete is a double graduate of the University of Washington, where he received his BS in Economics and his JD from the School of Law, both with honors.

Norvell E. Miller IV

Managing General Partner, Southeast Interactive Technology Funds

Norvell has been with Southeast interactive since 1997 and has also served as ManagingDirector of EMS Financial Inc., an investment holding company, since 1981. He currently participates on the boards of several privately held companies, including Arsenal Digital Solutions, BuildLinks, MediaSpan Group, Inc., Pixel Magic Imaging and VisionAIR. Previously, Miller co-founded and worked with a number of growth companies, including Dental Care Partners, the Mobius Group and Affordable Care. He was also director of investments for the University of North Carolina from 1980 to 1986. Miller is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received his both BA with honors and MDB from Duke University.

R. Lee Pritchard

Founder & Vice Chairman

As founder and vice chairman of Allconnect, Lee provides expertise for key partner acquisition and relationship management, company strategy and customer experience. Lee is a CPA with a history of successful businesses whose professional career began in 1984 with Arthur Andersen & Co,'s Enterprise Group in Atlanta. In 1989, he launched Appliance Warehouse, an appliance and electronic rental service that he ran, until selling it in 1997. After acquiring Atlanta-based Promove, a free service that helps customers find the perfect apartment, Lee then launched Allconnect in 1998, and has helped to steer the company ever since. Lee earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and, in addition to his role at Allconnect, he serves as the CEO and chairman of Atlanta-based Renter Magnet Acquisition, LLC – operating Promove and RentMoney.com.

John Rutherford Seydell II

Partner, Lawson, Davis, Pickren and Seydel

John specializes in commercial real estate, corporate law and private and public foundation law. He is an officer of the United Nations Foundation, Turner Endangered Species Foundation and Better World Fund, Inc. He also directs the Turner Environmental Law Clinic at Emory University's School of Law and serves as chairman and co-founder of the Upper Chattahoochee RiverKeeper fund, Inc. John earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Georgia and a J.D. at the Walter F Mercer Law School.

Sam Howe

Chief Executive Officer

Sam is a telecom industry innovator with 25 years of expertise covering the cable, digital media, and wireless markets. He is recognized for building substantial growth engines, driving lucrative market diversification, and effecting business transformation. Sam joined Allconnect as our new CEO in 2015 after running his own consulting practice, and prior to that, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Time Warner Cable for 6 years. Over his career, Sam has also held key positions with Cox Communications, Turner Broadcasting Systems, and TeleWest (now Virgin Media) where he conceived the first ever “triple play” bundle of voice, video, and data. He is a past Chairman of CTAM (Cable Telecommunications Association of Marketers), a Vanguard Award winner from the NCTA (National Cable Television Association) and a Cable Pioneers inductee. Sam received his BA from Bowdoin College and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mike Picchi

Chief Financial Officer

Mike leads the teams responsible for Allconnect's finance, accounting, tax, and legal functions. Mike joined Allconnect in 2013, having previously held CFO positions at the alternative energy wind blade manufacturer TPI Composites and at the clean-tech utility service company Comverge. While leading at Comverge, he was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the 2009 CFO of the Year not long after his instrumental role in the company’s successful 2007 IPO ($400 million day-one valuation, raising $110 million). Mike is a CPA and Chartered Financial Analyst who began his career at Coopers & Lybrand LLP, and he received a BS in Accounting, as well as an MBA with a finance concentration, from Indiana University.

EVP of Partner Services and Business Development

Kim Shumway

Kim oversees sales, marketing, client services and product development for accounts that cover half the major utilities in the US and represent over 50 million households. Since joining Allconnect in 2006, Kim has built new revenue streams through applied design of human capital, analytics, technology infrastructure and business process - all of which led to her promotion to EVP in 2013. Prior to Allconnect, Kim directed operations for two start-up telecommunications providers and spent seven years managing multiple facets of MCI. In 2015, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business honored Kim with the silver award for Female Executive of the Year. She is a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Women's Energy Network and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

EVP of Sales and Service

Rob Kocerha

Rob Kocerha leads the contact centers that are responsible for all of Allconnect’s customer Sales and Service. Kocerha joined the company in 2007 to head up the finance department’s Revenue Assurance function, helping to ensure the effective and efficient pipeline of activities “from initial call to cash.” He then moved up to managing all Revenue Operations for the company and, in 2011, transitioned to overseeing Allconnect’s entire Sales and Service operations. Prior to working here, Rob spent 11 years with MCI/Verizon Business, working in several capacities within the Financial Operations organization, including implementing all of the special pricing and billing for Verizon’s largest business customers. Kocerha holds a BS from Miami University, with a concentration in Accounting.

Tippu Gagguturu

Chief Information Officer

Tippu leads the IT team with a focus on the infrastructure, solutions, software, and delivery of product development for the Allconnect marketplace. Prior to joining the company in 2011, Tippu worked for Equifax, Fujitsu Consulting, and Tata Consultancy Services. He also co-founded Sterizon, LLC, the developers of the wiZit – a wireless, handheld, Wi-Fi device that enables businesses to securely collect customer data and feedback. Before being named Allconnect’s CIO in 2015, Tippu served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Application Development, as well as the Vice President of Software Development. In the past, Tippu has served as a consultant for clients such as Verizon, MCI, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial, and Walmart. Tippu received his Masters of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Kharagpur, India.
